Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew. Once brewed leave to steep for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be moved through the grounds using the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee, as this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, ideal for lazy weekends.
